Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders follow the same delivery timelines.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email within 24–48 hours of your order shipping. Click the link in the email to follow your delivery in real time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not happy for any reason, contact us at hello@happypawsphere.store within 14 days of receiving your order and we will sort it out.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@happypawsphere.store with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 24 hours with next steps.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will go back to your original payment method.
Products & Safety
Are your products safe for pets?
Yes. Every product in our store is hand-picked and checked for safety and material quality. Our products are suitable for dogs and cats unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Do your products come with instructions?
Yes. All products include usage instructions either in the packaging or on the product page.
My pet didn’t take to the product — can I return it?
Absolutely. That is exactly what our 14-day Happy Pet Guarantee is for. Contact us and we will process a full refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
Email us immediately at hello@happypawsphere.store with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it.
